Jazzercise classes include a dynamic warm-up, cardio, strength, and a cool-down stretch. Look for Dance Mixx, Flip Fusion, Strength 45, or Dance Mixx LO on the schedule.
Exercises are completed in rotation with minimal rest, using different equipment. It’s a combination of strength building and aerobic activity!

We are proud to offer yoga for every BODY. Regularly, you can find Gentle Yoga (chair option) and Vinyasa on our schedule. On Saturdays you might find unique formats such as Yoga Sculpt, Morning Stretch, and Hip Hop Yoga.
Muay Thai (pronounced MOY-tie), is a martial arts sport that Luke Peters has adapted into a total body workout. You will build your core strength and flexibility as you jab and kick your stress away! All levels, including beginners, are welcome - you will get a great workout even if you’ve never done martial arts before.
Sculpt & Stretch
Looking for cross-training for your cardio routine? Strength training for your yoga practice? This class combines strength training, pilates, and yoga for a total body experience. Warm up, tone up, sweat, and stretch. Of course, this class is set to some bangin tunes.
